Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02182 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02182 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02182 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02182 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and THYM show a favorable association.

KIRP, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC02182 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
