Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02179 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02179 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher LINC02179 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02179 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and THYM show a favorable association.

GBM, CHOL, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC02179 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
