Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02175 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02175 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC02175 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02175 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and READ show a favorable association.

BLCA, LAML, and READ are the cancer types where LINC02175 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
