Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02172 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02172 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LINC02172 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02172 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and BRCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, HNSC, and THCA are the cancer types where LINC02172 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
