Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02155 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02155 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher LINC02155 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02155 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and HNSC show a favorable association.

THCA, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC02155 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
