Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02148 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02148 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LINC02148 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02148 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where LINC02148 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
