Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02120 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02120 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LINC02120 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02120 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and OV show a favorable association.

STAD, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where LINC02120 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
