Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02118 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02118 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LINC02118 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02118 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PRAD show a favorable association.

CESC, TGCT, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC02118 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
