Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02111 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02111 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC02111 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02111 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SARC show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and UCS are the cancer types where LINC02111 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
