The most reproducible LINC02102-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Positive regulation of amide metabolic process, and Macromolecule methylation. Each is linked with LINC02102 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC02102-to-partner and partner-to-LINC02102 results are reported.
