Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02088 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02088 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LINC02088 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02088 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUSC show a favorable association.

OV, CHOL, and MESO are the cancer types where LINC02088 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
