LINC02082

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02082 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02082 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02082 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02082 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and THCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, READ, and COAD are the cancer types where LINC02082 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
