Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02078 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02078 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC02078 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02078 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and OV show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where LINC02078 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
