Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02077 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02077 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02077 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02077 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, LGG, and PCPG are the cancer types where LINC02077 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
