Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02050 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02050 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC02050 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02050 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and THYM show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where LINC02050 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
