Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02048 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02048 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC02048 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02048 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and UCS show a favorable association.

KICH, UVM, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC02048 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
