Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02046 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02046 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC02046 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02046 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC show a favorable association.

KIRP, COAD, and DLBC are the cancer types where LINC02046 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
