Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02033 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02033 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher LINC02033 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02033 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

PAAD, SKCM, and READ are the cancer types where LINC02033 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
