The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC02026 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02026 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and THCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where LINC02026 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
