Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02017 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02017 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LINC02017 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02017 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and COAD show a favorable association.

STAD, LUSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where LINC02017 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
