Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC02004 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC02004 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher LINC02004 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC02004 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and CESC show a favorable association.

PAAD, MESO, and CESC are the cancer types where LINC02004 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
