Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01990 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01990 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LINC01990 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01990 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and KIRC show a favorable association.

COAD, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC01990 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
