Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01973 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01973 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01973 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01973 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where LINC01973 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
