Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01968 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01968 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01968 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01968 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC01968 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
