The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC01940 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01940 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and ESCA show a favorable association.
ACC, PAAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC01940 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
