Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01935 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01935 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LINC01935 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01935 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

UVM, OV, and KIRP are the cancer types where LINC01935 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
