Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01924 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01924 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LINC01924 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01924 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and MESO show a favorable association.

COAD, TGCT, and MESO are the cancer types where LINC01924 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
