Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01898 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01898 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01898 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01898 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC01898 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
