Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01866 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01866 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC01866 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01866 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUSC show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC01866 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
