Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01857 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01857 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LINC01857 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01857 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and CESC are the cancer types where LINC01857 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
