Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01844 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01844 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LINC01844 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01844 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.
CESC, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where LINC01844 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
