Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01843 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01843 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01843 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01843 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and ACC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC01843 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
