Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01840 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01840 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher LINC01840 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01840 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and LAML show a favorable association.

LGG, KIRP, and MESO are the cancer types where LINC01840 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
