Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01838 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01838 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC01838 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01838 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and CHOL show a favorable association.

KICH, UCS, and THCA are the cancer types where LINC01838 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
