Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01831 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01831 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01831 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01831 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.

KIRC, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where LINC01831 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
