Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01820 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01820 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC01820 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01820 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.

BLCA, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where LINC01820 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
