The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC01812 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01812 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and OV show a favorable association.
