Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01765 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01765 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LINC01765 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01765 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

BRCA, LGG, and PAAD are the cancer types where LINC01765 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
