Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01764 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01764 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC01764 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01764 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and CESC show a favorable association.

HNSC, UVM, and COAD are the cancer types where LINC01764 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
