Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01755 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01755 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01755 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01755 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where LINC01755 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
