Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01720 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01720 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher LINC01720 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01720 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where LINC01720 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
