The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LINC01702 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01702 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.
