Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01682 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01682 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher LINC01682 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01682 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC show a favorable association.

UCS, CHOL, and BRCA are the cancer types where LINC01682 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
