Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01674 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01674 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LINC01674 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01674 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and GBM show a favorable association.

COAD, PCPG, and OV are the cancer types where LINC01674 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
