Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01628 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01628 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LINC01628 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01628 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where LINC01628 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
