Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01625 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01625 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC01625 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01625 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LUAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where LINC01625 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
