The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01624 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01624 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and HNSC show a favorable association.
