Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01603 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01603 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher LINC01603 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01603 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

CHOL, HNSC, and DLBC are the cancer types where LINC01603 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
