Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01592 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01592 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC01592 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01592 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

KICH, KIRP, and STAD are the cancer types where LINC01592 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
