Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01587 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01587 data layer compared with 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher LINC01587 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01587 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and KIRC show a favorable association.

CHOL, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where LINC01587 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
